3. B2B Partnership

Our services are primarily designed for travel agencies, tour operators, and other B2B travel partners. Rates displayed on our website are indicative B2B rates and may vary based on season, availability, and partnership terms.

4. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability confirmation from Travilo Hospitality
• Rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice
• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation
• Advance payment may be required for confirmed bookings

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

6. Houseboat Services

• Check-in time is generally 12:00 PM and check-out is by 9:00 AM (overnight cruises)

• Extra person charges apply for guests above the standard occupancy
• Children below 5 years of age are complimentary
• Houseboat categories (Deluxe, Premium, Luxury, Ultra-Luxury) differ in amenities as described on our website

7. Taxi and Fleet Services

• All vehicles are maintained to safety standards and driven by licensed professional drivers
• Rates may vary based on distance, duration, vehicle type, and route
• Toll charges, parking fees, and inter-state permits (if applicable) are additional unless specified otherwise
• Night driving charges may apply for trips between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM
